Hudson’s Beautiful Stone

1 year ago today marks our very last with you, Huds. We are grateful for the time we had with you, grateful you are healed, and grateful we will be with you in heaven some day. But oh, how we miss you every minute of every day. We are doing our best to live life without you here, but it is drastically different and not easy. We miss your loud, funny, sweet, loving & crazy self… and we especially miss your Hudson Hugs.

Hudson’s stone was just set, and it is simultaneously heartbreaking and beautiful to see. If you’re in KC, we’d love for you to visit tomorrow on his heavenly birthday. Shawnee Mission Memory Gardens (K-7 & 75th St.), in the back row on the right as soon as you enter. You can’t miss it as it’s the biggest one. We know he’s looking down grinning at that.
